Custom ground up, kit and yes...  custom metric builders are included in the lists of Chopper Shops. On any list page, use the red bar at the top to shift down to a specific list on that page plus, you can pause your cursor over the link and a small window will tell you where that shop is located or other info (depending on your browser).
